Full payment is required in advance to confirm your order and initiate the project. Payments are processed securely through our online payment gateway. No work will begin until payment is successfully received.
3. Project Initiation
The project will commence within 24 business hours after payment confirmation and submission of all required information, materials, and approvals from the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate content, images, credentials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may result in extended project timelines.
5. Revisions
Revisions will be provided as per the selected package. Requests for changes beyond the agreed scope may require additional charges.
6. Delivery Timeline
Project delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the timely submission of required content and approvals. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client inputs.
7. Communication
Project communication will be conducted via approved channels such as email, phone, WhatsApp, or scheduled meetings.
8. Domain and Hosting
If included in the package, domain registration and hosting will be provided for the specified period only. Renewal charges will apply thereafter as per current rates.
9. Website Access
Clients will be provided with secure admin panel access to manage website content. Server-level access, source code, or hosting credentials may not be included unless explicitly stated.
10. Ownership
Upon completion and delivery of the project, the client receives usage rights to the website. Full ownership transfer is subject to the terms of the selected package and included services.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered only in specific cases at our sole discretion. If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method. No refunds will be issued once substantial work has been completed or the project has been delivered.
12. Support and Maintenance
Free support or maintenance, if included, will be provided for the period specified in the package. Support does not include major feature additions or redesigns.
13. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, plugins, payment gateways, hosting providers, or domain registrars.
14. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or services provided.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kerala State, India.
